And I'm talking about app creators. I was searching a way to mount s3 volume in a Pod (kubernetes). The variables are named "aws_secret" and "aws_id". This may let think that the project only works with AWS. I've got a client that was afraid to not be able to mount Azure volumes because of this.
Terms are important 🙂

We have a real concern in #tech. Too many app creators are using the wrong names.
For example, instead of talking about #Linux, they say "Ubuntu" (seriously...). Or to mount an #S3 volume, the variables are called "aws_xxx". S3 is a protocol for God's sake... We have object storage elsewhere too...
Examples: #Minio, #Scaleway provides S3 storage...

Please, use the right terms.

Bonne nouvelle pour les fans de #Podman (parce que j'adore) kind fonctionne vraiment bien avec. Seul hic, mettre un ingress controller avec "hostPort" semble compliqué... Mais pour tester des truc à la #Kubernetes, c'est parfait.

@dada comme je suis sous Gnome, le thème Adwaita est au poil.

Je suis super content qu'un de mes toots soit partagé 50 fois. Vraiment c'est plaisant. Par contre j'ai eu des notifications à la chaîne.
Je me pose la question pour #tusky , y'a moyen de faire des lots de notifs ? Genre à partir de 10 partages, ne faire une alerte que toutes les heures avec X notifs ?
Bon c'est pas près de m'arriver de nouveau mais je me demande quand même 🙂

@Zumbador When I first saw the image, I really thought I was seeing a photo montage. The bottom of the wall showed me a bank in the distance, and I could really see a cut in the center of the image. It was after a few seconds that I realized what I was seeing. And indeed, many people saw as I did 🙂

@tuxicoman C'est une possibilité... dans les faits je peux comprendre le point de vue, ils font un machin proprio dégueux, pas adaptable, donc on fout une PWA et s'emmerde pas. Mais bloquer le choix d'install, c'est bien une politique digne de leur rang 😜
