How to make sure you get the discount you’re entitled to in SNCF Connect

This assumes you’re logged into SNCF Connect and your reduction cards are listed in your profile

1) Search for the train you want

2) It’ll give you the full (wrong) price, so tap the little person icon at the top

3) This will show you your profile with all reduction cards listed.

SNCF Connect is so stupid it’ll only apply the first card

Tap where your reduction cards are listed

Then
4. Remove tick from the “wrong” card - here the Carte Avantage. Then Apply this Profile

5. Then it is correct. Tap See Prices and

6. You get the correct price

Why it can’t do this AUTOMATICALLY I don’t know. Crap app. Stupid system with regional reduction cards

@jon Not trying to defend the app this time, but what about cancel conditions ? Makes it a bit more difficult to autochose the cheapest price.

Main hypothesis though : marketing / management teams.

Because in terms of code, it's easy, a few hours work.
